Client | Department of Work & Pensions (DWP)
Framework Duration | 4 years
This 4-year framework represents a lifecycle programme to upgrade Job Centres as well as Job Centre Plus, within our allotted regions of North West, South East and South West and Wales. Our works packages within these lots are up to £1M per site. As testament to the RI team, DWP have awarded further capex projects and works re-allocated from DWP’s supply chain, which sat outside of the original contracted catchment area. These projects include; a fast fit out of their new Lichfield premise; Yate relocation and a 40-no. additional electrical life cycle projects.
Our team interrogated the brief, all available information and applicable resources to understand the specific needs of DWP, their organisational culture and programme of works. This meant that we were positioned to respond swiftly through the early planning phases. This agile mobilisation was facilitated through a dedicated account team and extended supply chain partners contracted to the account through the initial framework engagement strategy. This relies on a stringent pre-qualification process for all sub-contractors, that is completed annually. Through our nationwide supply chain, our trade partners were aligned from within region where all are SME’s.
Familiar working within live environments, project programmes are planned meticulously to ensure minimal disruption to working teams, and end users alike. Proactive communications with on-site staff and clarity of works in advance are ensured from the outset.
When asked, ‘how satisfied are you with the final project outcome’ via our customer feedback survey, all projects completed in the last 4 months (Dec 2020 – March 2021) have been rated as ‘1. Extremely Satisfied’ by the DWP assigned project lead.
