Screwfix, Warminster

Screwfix is owned by Kingfisher PLC, Europe’s leading home improvement retailer. It has nearly 1,500 stores across 10 countries in Europe making Screwfix the United Kingdom’s largest multi-channel retailer of trade tools, accessories and hardware products.

A long-standing relationship of 16 years, we are now working to deliver store number 700. We design and deliver Screwfix new builds, special projects and refurbishment programmes as well as providing all fixtures and fittings. We act as Principal Contractor and manage all health & Safety requirements and procedures.

We have worked for Screwfix (Kingfisher plc.) as one of their key national partners since 2004. We successfully deliver a full turnkey service, where we are provided with key store (site) launch dates, project locations and alike where time is of the essence. We are expected to; quickly programme their stores in the form of a critical path; quote for the full scope of works which informs their capital expenditure sign-off; coordinate with Screwfix legal and planning departments, whilst ensuring that the plans are appropriately detailed and sufficient for technical and landlord approval. We provide a flexible, tailored and scalable labour provision, dependent upon their quarterly store launch targets, which can often create multiple projects running concurrently. Every project Resolution Interiors manages will have a site specific programme or small works plan and Construction Phase Plan (specific to the size of build project under CDM 2015).
