Sales Executive

We’re looking for someone who is quick to identify new business opportunities, great at building relationships, has fantastic attention to detail and can be self-sufficient in a highly competitive industry.

Our Sales Executive will be instrumental in delivering our ambitious growth strategy. You’ll be juggling a busy pipeline and client meetings out in the field, while always keeping one ear to the ground identifying potential prospects to ensure you achieve your sales target of £1.5M per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a strong existing client network within the retail & commercial industries, whilst being able to develop and generate new client business nationally to whom our B2B services will be sold. The successful candidate should fully understand the fit-out sector and be self-sufficient with excellent attention to detail, time management and tenacious in nature.

We are looking for a new team member who is committed, target driven, ambitious, highly engaged and is looking for personal growth within a successful business.

This fast-paced position will be for the majority field based, however, regular touch points in our Somerset office will be expected.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join the team to focus on the development of organic workstreams across our retail and commercial interiors fit out business.


Clients include: Virgin Holidays, DWP, Farrow & Ball, Nike, Screwfix, The Royal British Legion, to name a few!

If you’re the right candidate you’ll have…

  • Experience in meeting sales targets and building strong sales pipelines

  • The ability to liaise and influence prospective clients at every level; identifying their needs and being creative with solutions

  • First class communication skills – oral and written presentation

  • Client Relationships and Strong People Skills

  • Motivation to work independently

  • Career aspirations with a strong energy and enthusiasm for delivering sales, and meeting growth expectations

Your personality

  • You’ll be confident but not pushy or over the top

  • Naturally personable

  • Meticulous when it comes to detail

  • Resourceful with a good sense of initiative

  • A good sense of humour goes a long way.

You’ll need to have

  • 1-2 years B2B relevant industry sales experience (minimum)

  • Sound knowledge of a CRM system (ideally Hubspot)

  • Strong negotiation and time management skills

  • Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • UK valid driving license

The icing on the cake would be

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

  • Industry relevant sales experience

  • Experience using Sage Accounting System

  • Experience participating in competitive tenders

  • CSCS card holder

  • A private jet is always helpful for those last-minute meeting requests!
