Evie says, “I have been here for three and a half years. It all started with cover receptionist duties whilst I was with a recruitment agency. I originally wanted to be a doctor, progressing my biology and maths A levels, but the journeys we are all on take unexpected twists and turns.”
Evie was offered a Project Coordinator role and excelled working closely with clients such as Screwfix. She quickly set her sights on becoming one of the Project Management team, progressing her role and taking her responsibilities to the next level. With a continual step up, what advice would Evie give to others who are looking to progress within their own businesses, from an entry level?
Evie advises, “It is important to have thick skin, this industry is demanding, so resilience is critical. I am still learning but the team around me is immense. We all need to feel supported – I see them all as people I can talk to at any point of the day. It is good to feel a part of something.”
