Starting my career at Resolution Interiors as a Site Manager, I have since worked up to my current role as Division Director for Retail. Having been with the company for most of my working life, I have had the privilege of seeing some of our key accounts, such as Screwfix, grow and grow. In this role I love having the opportunity to invest time in coaching my team, to help them develop and move forward in their careers.
