The Bombay Sapphire distillery is located at Laverstoke Mill in rural Hampshire and earlier this year, Resolution Interiors worked on the new gift shop as part of the overall visitor journey throughout the distillery.

The importance of drinks brands to create a point of difference when it comes to creating an experience highlights the need to create a closer connection between a product and their audience. Working on the Bombay Sapphire store project points to the increasing need for drinks brands to maximise the physical closeness with their customers:

  • customers appreciate what the brand has to offer and engage in their sense through smell, touch and taste

  • A brand has the opportunity to tell the world their story and what sets them apart from a crowded marketplace

  • Customers are encouraged to tell others of the experience they have had
