Gail’s Bakery
Client: Gail's Bakery, Gloucester Road, London
The Brief
Gail’s asked us to breathe fresh air into their busy Gloucester Road branch, and put sustainability and value engineering right at its heart. Their request included retaining and re-using as much of the existing infrastructure already within the store. They wanted our project management services as the main contractor throughout the project.
The Project
After some careful demolition, we partitioned off areas of the original store to form the new layout, then completed a full interior fit out, decoration and modern joinery complete with all fixtures and fittings, including a stainless-steel counter and servery area.
Other works included removing one of the staircases, updating all appliances including H&S equipment, new signage and electrical works throughout.
A new lighting scheme was introduced, and the existing heating system was revamped and updated.
