We also create a detailed Communications Plan – so we can outline the best way to keep you informed and listen to what you want.

Starting with a highly detailed site survey, this stage sets out the precise scope of your project. During our site visit we will assess building condition and maintenance options, including asbestos reports or requirements. We provide you and your team with a comprehensive drawing pack, project timings and projected costs, including any planning considerations.

On approval of the cost proposal, we progress the build programme and place orders for the materials and equipment we will need to complete your project within deadline. We also set out all the various health and safety considerations, such as a construction phase plan, method statements and risk assessments. We conduct our pre-start meeting and submit the project final issue pack.

The site will be set up, thorough inductions held and work begins at pace. Our Project Managers will focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring quality at every step. You’ll get thorough progress and cost reporting with weekly site visits, inspections and assessments. We take a proactive and engaging approach to health and safety through ongoing coaching, briefing and audits. Our clear goal; everyone goes home safe.

On completion, we hand over the site to your team. All systems and facilities are commissioned and tested, and training and inductions given wherever required. An Operations and Maintenance manual will be provided. Finally, we review your project to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies or enhancements to your next project.
