Client: Lacoste, Intu Lakeside
Duration: Design to build, 6 months
Lacoste asked us for architectural development and project management services for their new store in the Intu Lakeside shopping centre. We were to deliver the project within design principles, set by the Lacoste head office in Paris. The works were to include the shop front, changing ceiling heights and creating the back of house roller racking system.
We space planned and designed the install, working in collaboration with all parties to ensure the space met the brief, whilst aligning to the demanding requirements of the Intu Centre. The bespoke roller racking system solution we provided allowed back-of-house functions for staff, and a full stock room, without the considerable cost of a mezzanine.
We consulted with trade services – tender and bidding, contract award and overseeing contracted trade services, as well as third party direct suppliers.
