Nike Live

Having worked with Nike on previous retail roll out programmes, we were delighted to assist them once again. This time winning the tender to deliver Nike Live into Bromley, as Principal Contractor with Mace, and Hyphen architects. This ambitious and exciting concept focuses on localisation and community, positioning the store, ‘as your neighbourhood home’ to Nike members. The store has been reimagined to provide a more personal, tailored experience with an intuitive customer journey.

Our role was to deliver the entire programme from pre-construction through to completion. Early identification of long lead items, through the tender period, meant we were able to successfully manage onward expectations for the handover date. Significant demolition and reconstruction were required within the unit to prepare the space for fit out of the Nike Live design. The scope of works included a significant mechanical and electrical package; and highly considered construction methods for installation of high-quality materials such as the Terrazzo flooring, Refelt tiles, Felt Baffles and Trizzano cork tiles.
