Screwfix trade customers expect convenience, served by an expanding network of new stores. We have been working with Screwfix, since 2004 to transform units the length and breadth of the country. Elland formed part of this year’s programme. As a relatively new unit there was limited need for upgrades to the condition of the building, with focus on the fit out to transform this space into the signature Screwfix trade counter.

From newly installed ceilings and floors laid throughout, with mechanical and electrical fit in between, to the construction of staff facilities, stock holding and the customer service counter, everything was designed to facilitate the Screwfix experience – convenient, straightforward and affordably-priced.
