Cadbury Outlet Store

For more than 15 years, RI have been working with Freshstores Ltd. During this long-standing relationship we have provided turnkey fitouts across their retail estate, including the Cadbury outlet shop in Clarks Village, Street. This store was in need of a facelift, having successfully traded from this location for many years.  We worked collaboratively with Freshstores and landlords, Land Securities Group, providing a smooth fit out and a fresh new look, whilst retaining the classic Cadbury signature branding.  

The design was evolved to create a more customer centric and joyful convenience experience, representing a completely new fitout. We worked collaboratively with the landlords and their architects’ build team whilst they were re designing the shop front. Aligning on project requirements and time frames, whilst maintaining a safe workspace. We stripped the shop back to its bare bones before progressing a full refurbishment and installing all new elements, such as new fixtures & fittings, ceiling, A/C units and all material finishes. These new, lighter finishes, make the space feel brighter and more open, a welcome evolution from the previous scheme. The Freshstores team claim that this is one of the best fitouts we’ve ever done with Cadbury Outlet Stores – we aim to please, and to drive continual improvement.
